One of the hardest parts of support raising is the feeling of isolation. If you've ever raised support, you know the challenge of feeling that you're all alone and at times, completely unsure about what to do. We walk the Christian life in community, but up to this point, have been on our own when it comes to raising our support. What makes "All In" unique is that we take the journey of support raising together. "All In" groups are made up of experienced ethnic minority missionaries who have raised their full budgets and those like you who may be struggling to get to 100%.
After many years coaching ethnic minority missionaries, we were able to identify common mistakes that were keeping us from being fully-funded. One of the biggest hindrances we have found was missionaries continually doing ministry under-funded. This creates a pattern that can be very difficult to break. A key to the "All In" experience is the commitment each participant makes.
We were also able to identify unique strategies to help everyone overcome common obstacles we have faced. We have put all of our knowledge and experience together into one, unique support raising experience. "All In" is made up of four interrelated components:

- Proven, easy-to-implement steps specifically designed for ethnic minority missionaries
- Weekly group coaching sessions which provide teaching, encouragement, and fellowship
- One-on-one coaching with a trained support raising coach providing accountability and problem-solving
- Your own commitment to not return to ministry until you are fully-funded

- There are five weeks of training sessions beginning the week of April 19th.
- After completion of the training sessions, weekly group check-ins and weekly coaching calls run for an additional 10-15 weeks.
- All In is not a replacement for Support Raising Training. Participants are expected to have completed this entry level training.
- Cost of $200 covers four month of coaching, additional months are $50 a month.
